BUSINESS ANALYST

Collect and analyze quantitative data about the company's market from different channels, Conduct surveys and analyze customer preferences, Conduct sales analysis and provide market intelligence to the company's stakeholders. Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate the company's business performance. Use data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, SAS, JMP, etc., to identify 'Customer drop off' due to changes in sales. Use tools such as SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau, and Excel to analyze sales data and evaluate the most recent advancements and trends in sales. Use business accounting tools such as Sage to develop and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory. Collect and organize information about problems or procedures. Evaluate the analyzed data and develop solutions or alternate actions. Ensure that the analyzed data is accurately and continuously disseminated to external and internal stakeholders. Use data visualization tools such as Tableau, Python, etc., to visualize data and create reports for the easy understanding of internal and external stakeholders. Maintain constant and continuous interactions with the company's stakeholders throughout the course of each project, to anticipate possible changes. Record the results of the analysis and recommend the implementation of procedures or changes if required. Execute complex business analysis projects efficiently. Conduct routine analysis to keep inventory at an optimized level.

Special requirements for this position are critical and analytical thinking skills, People management skills, High level of adaptability, Judgment and decision-making skills, Complex problem-solving skills, Project management skills and leadership quality, Knowledge in marketing analysis, Knowledge of business accounting tools such as sage to develop and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory, Expertise in using data analysis software including Python, ERP, JMP, SQL. Proficiency in using data visualization software such as Tableau, Python, etc., Knowledge in database management using software such as SQL, High level of expertise in Microsoft Office, Data Mining, and Data Warehousing skills.

Minimum required education qualifications for this position are a Master's degree in Business Analytics and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Business Analytics or Business Management. Job location situated at 31082 San Antonio Street, Hayward CA 94544.
